🌺 Moana JR Show Week: All the Details You Need! 🌊

After a stellar week of tech and dress rehearsals, our amazing cast and crew are ready to hit the stage! Their energy, enthusiasm, and dedication have been inspiring, and now it's time to share their hard work with you.

Here’s everything you need to know to make show week smooth, fun, and memorable for everyone involved!


ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL REMINDERS

🧭 Please enter through the main lobby for all call times on Sunday and Monday.

🎭 Costume Notes:

  • Mechina–3rd grade: Please have students arrive in costume and remain in costume for dismissal after each show on Sunday and Monday.
  • 4th–8th grade: Students will change into costumes at school and should change back into street clothes and shoes before dismissal after each show.

📌 3rd Grade Families: Please do not take Maui pins or accessories home. These should stay at school and be placed in each student’s accessory bin located in their dressing room. Thank you for helping us keep track of all costume pieces!

📦 STRIKE! Every cast & crew member is required to stay after the show for strike unless excused due to a Davis spring sports game. Strike will end by 5:30 PM.

📌 Middle School students may stay between Sunday shows or leave and return for the second call time. If staying, bring food/snacks. If leaving, eat before coming back.

🚫 Please note: Food delivery services (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) are not permitted. All meals must be brought from home. Thank you for helping us keep the building secure and organized!

Please also do not eat in costume — all meals should be enjoyed before or after costume changes.

Sponsor Parking: North side of the building near the gym
ADA Spots: Directly in front of the gym
  • Please do not park on the north side unless you are a sponsor or need ADA access.

5th–8th Girls: Room 135 (Innovation Studio)
Merch & Fan-O-Grams: Media Center
Concessions: Dining Hall
💡 Volunteer Reminders:
After check-in, go directly to your assigned room.
  • Cue sheets will be in each room for transitions.
  • Scripts, livestreams (M–5), snacks, and Lookbooks provided.
  • Room volunteers will dismiss cast members post-show.
  • Please help tidy rooms before leaving.

CONCESSIONS, MERCHANDISE & FAN-O-GRAMS

We’re excited to offer concessions, Moana-themed merchandise, and fan-o-grams before each show and during intermission!
💳 Cash and card accepted.
Please note: credit card purchases include a $0.50 convenience fee.


MIDDLE SCHOOL CAST REMINDERS

Before arriving:

  • Apply skin-tone foundation at home
  • Wear compression undergarments
  • Girls wearing wigs: hair in pin curls or braids
  • Bring show shoes
  • No jewelry or wearable tech
  • Wear deodorant, bring large water bottle
  • Nails: neutral or costume-friendly colors

Join us Monday night (March 24) after the final open-audience show in the cafeteria (approx. 8:25–8:45 PM) for a brief celebration!
All families are welcome for cupcakes, cheers, and words of gratitude as we look ahead to the final Tuesday performance.
